To Sign Up

for the Poly Camping/Caving Weekend, please send E-Mail with:

1) the names of those in your party (first names only are OK) and ages of children,
2) an email address or other way to contact you. It would be nice to know what general area you are from too.
3) whether you are camping or have made cabin reservations,
4) what you might be bringing/fixing for the potluck, if you know,
5) how many of your party are going on the caving trip,
6) how many of your party are interested in canoeing, horseback riding, or other activities we need to reserve in advance,
7) if you want to suggest or lead an interest group
8) other activities you are interested in, or anything else you might want to share.

We don't need all that info at once, just let us know what you know, so we can plan accordingly.

There is NO registration fee for this event -- all arrangements with the campground are your own responsibility, as are costs for canoeing or any other side trips or other activities. The cave trip is free, with carpooling for transportation.

We have an email list set up for planning and discussion about the event. When you return your email registration, you will be sent an invitation to join the list.Or you can join right now.

You may also join the list if you are thinking about coming but unable to commit yet -- maybe we'll talk you into it!

This is an informal event, put together by individual polyfolk who want to have a good time. We are offering no services, taking no money, and have no liability -- other than to do our best to all have fun.
